Managing Your Subscription 

You can manage your subscription at any time through your customer portal. 

From your portal, you can:

  • Update your delivery schedule
  • Skip or reschedule upcoming orders
  • Change your shipping address
  • Update your payment method
  • Swap or adjust your products
  • Cancel your subscription 

To access your subscription, log into your account using the email you used at checkout. You’ll receive a secure link to access your portal.

Accessing Your Portal 

You can access your subscription portal by:

  • Logging into your account on our website, or
  • Using the link provided in your subscription or order emails 

If you don’t see the email, check your spam or promotions folder.

Changes & Cancellations 

All changes or cancellations must be made before your next order is processed. 

Once an order has been processed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Billing 

Subscriptions are billed automatically based on your selected delivery frequency. 

You will receive an email confirmation each time your order is processed.
